All workouts will consist of a pre and post program testing
and evaluation to help measure and track our success.
Realistic goals will be determined and set. Programs are
usually set for 10 - 12 weeks to allow for maximum improvement
and elevated success rates. Sessions can be scheduled
during the off season or while the season is in play.
Sessions range from 1 hour to 10 minutes depending on the amount
of time the athlete has to dedicate. These services are
designed for any age athlete whether they are actively competing
or just want to improve their general fitness and health.
Parental permission is required for athletes under the age of
18. All athletes regardless of age must produce a copy of
their most recent sports physical. A signed waiver must be
completed and signed as well. Coach Nelly is not
responsible for any injuries to the athlete. To request more
